This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Quissly Services and is incorporated into the Quissly Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given there. Customer is responsible for its users', operators', and End Users' compliance with this AUP on Customer's Properties.
1. Prohibited Content
Customer will not use the Services to store, process, transmit, or make available content that: (a) is unlawful under applicable law; (b) infringes or misappropriates intellectual property or other rights of any person; (c) is defamatory, harassing, or threatening; (d) constitutes malware or malicious code; or (e) Customer does not have the right to provide for processing under the Agreement.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Customer will not, and will not permit others to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services or the data they contain; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, or related systems or networks; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without Quissly's prior written consent; (d) circumvent, disable, or manipulate usage metering, quotas, rate limits, or security controls, including generating artificial or fraudulent Usage Units; (e) scrape, crawl, or harvest the Services or systematically extract data from them other than through intended functionality; (f) resell, white-label, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted by the Agreement or an Order Form; (g) misrepresent to End Users the nature of the Services, including presenting AI-generated interactions as exclusively human where disclosure is required by applicable law.
3. AI-Specific Restrictions
Customer will not use the Services to: (a) deliberately generate content that is unlawful, or that facilitates serious harm to persons, including instructions for weapons or malicious code; (b) attempt to extract, reconstruct, or replicate the underlying models, prompts, or configurations, including through systematic prompt-injection or jailbreak techniques; (c) deploy the Services for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without the human oversight and safeguards required by applicable law; (d) use output to develop or train a competing product or service.
4. Enforcement
Quissly may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Quissly may remove or disable access to content, suspend the Services in whole or in part in accordance with the Agreement, and, for material or repeated violations, terminate for cause. Where practicable, Quissly will notify Customer and give Customer an opportunity to cure before or promptly after taking action. Customer will promptly report suspected security incidents or AUP violations to security@quissly.com.
5. Changes
This AUP is versioned and updated in accordance with the change-control terms of the Terms of Service. Prior versions remain available in the legal archive.
